Smart strategy
I think his strategy hits the nail on the head if you want a stress less financial life. The key is that you want to work, I’ll repeat, you want to work and greedily make as much money as you can, to earn money and avoid debt. So buy a house you can tolerate and pay it off early, sell, repeat. Toyota and chill. You want to invest and save. You want upside, so exposure to a return by investing.
