He finishes his book with something like "better buckle up - it’s gonna be a bumpy ride through a very long and dark night" which so far seems about right. I want to keep tabs on him but it does seem a little pessimistic given the markets have grown ever since.

There was a large group that payed attention to Nouriel Roubini that of us that warned, when the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act was signed into law, that rates were going to go up exponentially, and they did and we were going to have a real estate collapse and we did. Would do the same again today.
