Out of touch
The way podcast hosts fawn over this failed oracle is borderline nauseating. He hasn’t had a good take in years, and his simplistic cold assessments of the lives and opinions of the middle class as he looks down from his laureate ivory tower only serves to harden the hearts and opinions of the commoners against the intellectual class who appear more and more out of touch. Has he talked to a normal person in the last 4 years? His inability to read the room, and the economy for that matter, would suggest he hasn’t.

Wrong
Krugman declared victory a year ago for Team Transitory and asserts that the inflation of the last couple years was entirely supply-driven, with absolutely zero impact from fiscal or monetary policies. Just plain wrong.

Bad takes
Inflation doesn't seem so "transitory" when you're looking to buy a house or when groceries are up 20% from three years ago. Turns out there are consequences to massive deficit spending and helicopter-dropping money onto a supply-constrained economy.
